Robert M. “Robin” Traylor, Attorney at Law will talk to us about potential areas of our agencies vulnerable to lawsuits and how to protect ourselves.

 

Mr. Traylor has been a shareholder of Seltzer Caplan McMahon Vitek firm since 2007; he joined the firm as an associate in 2000. 

 

Mr. Traylor has substantial experience representing and counseling clients in business litigation.  He has successfully represented individual and corporate clients in litigation ranging from securities matters to insurance “bad faith” cases to business disputes.  He also has resolved multiple cases through mediation or informal discussions.

  • Represented national insurer in obtaining defense verdict involving fraudulent claim;
