Workplace wellness programs have been proven to reduce health care costs and are now being considered by most businesses. Agents must be trained on which aspect of wellness programs are effective for employers, especially small employers, and how to communicate and implement workplace wellness programs. After completing this course, agents will be conversant and will have knowledge of the tools necessary to assist in the implementation of successful wellness program. We will review proposed legislation mandating wellness incentives as part of a contract for group health insurance.

He serves as Market Vice President for Humana, a health and well-being company. Brian’s career has spanned 3 decades and 6 states, serving as a corporate executive for the largest insurers in the country and as a partner in an independent insurance practice.. Married since 1984 to Elda (Salcedo) Sullivan, Brian has 2 adult daughters. Brian is a 4-time marathon finisher, volunteers with his church, sits on two non-profit boards, is a Big Brother, and still plays competitive adult baseball.
