CE Luncheon Meeting – Leave Laws and Benefits

Administering benefits during employee leaves is always challenging, but the pandemic adds another level of complexity. During this program we will discuss how to administer employee benefits when an employee goes out on leave under FMLA, CFRA, and PDL—supplemented with a discussion of the status of federal and state leave laws that apply during the COVID-19 pandemic. The program will address which benefits employers must offer, for how long, and how are they paid for. Designed to answer common questions employers and producers often hear, this program will include examples, best practices, and action items.
