ERISA & FMLA Compliance

This course will provide an overview of the regulations that govern these two topics. Course will provide incite to complying with these two highly regulated employer requirements. Course is intended to ensure that brokers and agents have a basic knowledge of regulations and can advise employer groups of these requirements and ensure they can pass audits and avoid fines and penalties imposed by the DOL and penalties that could be due employees for non-compliance.

In her position at TASC, Carolyn is responsible for the training and development of TASC’s Group Sales Force and TASC Distribution Channel Partners to increase their product knowledge of ERISA, FMLA and COBRA. She serves as the TASC – ERISA Compliance officer working with internal staff as well as TASC legal counsel on TASC compliance issues and opportunities.
