Karli is VP Business Development with Benefits Compliance Link, a national compliance company.  BeneCompLink  solutions include  nondiscrimination testing, plan document packages and benefits consulting.  She is based in Orange County, California.  Her background includes leading national sales teams for major companies including;  OptumHealth, Principal Financial Group, CONEXIS, and Ceridian.   She has presented more than 1,500 education sessions on various benefit administration topics including: Health Reform, CDHP Strategies, HSAs, HRAs, FSAs, COBRA and FMLA.
